Q. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
A. We take extra precaution to ensure your floral box or arrangements arrives in flawless condition. We text you a photo of your finished product and send it to you before it is delivered. We use a private carrier who specializes in fragile product deliveries. It is rare, but if an item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can make things right. Q. I'd like to order something as a gift. Do you deliver?
A. Absolutely! In most cases, we offer next day delivery. For local deliveries, we may offer same day service. It just depends on the size of the order and distance. Most orders delivered in Los Angeles will arrive next day within an assigned time frame.
Q. Where do you delivery to?
A. We make local deliveries to homes and businesses within Los Angeles. We can also deliver to the greater southern California area. Please see our delivery areas.
