Returns & Exchanges

We take extra precaution to ensure your floral box or arrangements arrives in flawless condition. We text you a photo of your finished product and send it to you before it is delivered. We use a private carrier who specializes in fragile product deliveries. It is rare, but if an item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can make things right. Variations & Substitutions
All of our floral arrangements are guaranteed to be delivered fresh. To ensure your satisfaction, we source only the freshest florals that are in-season and will occasionally make changes or substitutions at the discretion of our designer. We strive to provide the color and variety as shown in all of our images online, but reserve the right to make changes and substitutions as needed based on season, availability, or for other unforeseen circumstances.

Your arrangement is made to order! It's unique and special, just like you! No two arrangements are alike. Although we strive to create what we have shown in our images, there will always be some variations in the styling, position, color, varietal of the florals, ribbon, accessories, or vase.
